1. Payment options

We provide the following payment options:

  • Advanced payment by remittance:
    You transfer the invoice amount to our account within 7 days after you receive the confirmation. Do not forget to note your order number.
  • Cash on delivery:
    You pay when receiving the order. Cash on delivery causes additional costs of 6€. Currently this payment option is only available in Germany.
  • Paypal
    You transfer the invoice amount to our PayPal account (paypal@dein-design.com). No additional charges will accrue, you simply need a PayPal account which is also free from charges. The advantage: PayPal transfers the money outright. See http://www.paypal.de.
  • Direct Debit:
    We will debit the amount of the invoice if you state you account data.
  • Credit card
    We accept Visa, American Express and Mastercard.

2. Mailing charges

Shipping and packaging costs amount: € 2,95 for MP3-Players, cellular phones/organizer and game consoles € 4,95 for notebooks, specials, living room Cash on delivery causes additional charges of 6€. Throughout the EU the charges will 9€. Dispatches within the EU can only be paid by advanced payment or PayPal. Besides the fee for custom processing costs a dispatch to Switzerland originates custom charges. These costs accord with the Swiss VAT and have to be paid when receiving the order. Shipping to the USA causes additional customs and fees which relate percentally to the value of goods.

3. How long will it take to receive my DesignSkins®?

Our products are usually ready for dispatch within 48 hours after order and payment.

A fast delivery requires:

  • complete receipt of payment on our account

  • statement of the correct purchase order number

  • complete shipping- and billing address

  • correct statement of the e-mail address

We send our products by “DPD” or “Deutsche Post”. Dispatch usually takes 1-2 days. We are not able to influence the mail delivery time.

4. Am I able to revoke or exchange ordered goods?

Your order can be revoked or exchanged as long as your DesignSkin has not been produced. To get information about your order's status, call us or send us an E-Mail.

5. Amend or cancel an order

Your order can be amended or cancelled as long as the DesignSkin is not yet produced. You can call us or send an e-mail if you would like to know about the status.

6. Missing order confirmation

Directly after ordering, you should receive an order confimation via E-Mail. If you don't receive your confirmation, a technical issue might have occured or the E-Mail address you entered was not valid. In this case, please send us an E-Mail immediately and tell us your name and the approximate time of your order.
